Tove Styrke, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She gained popularity as a contestant on Swedish Idol 2009, finishing in third place. After Idol 2009, she started a solo career as an electropop singer and songwriter.

For the single Borderline, she travelled to Svalbard, Norway where the music video was filmed in Pyramiden and Longyearbyen. The outcome is a stylistic fusion of intimate documentary and visual cinema; a unique film that explores the rebellion of female youth against typical everyday standards and thinking.
